Terms & Conditions
ORDER POLICY
1.The order will be placed only after receiving 100% advance from the customer.
2.Delivery will be done within 25 to 30 days of order placement .
3.Photos and tracking Id of the order will be given to the customer after payment.
4.All transactions will be done via bank account transfer,gpay ,ph pay.
5. If customers want products in bulk then they should directly contact to the suppliers before purchasing.
6.Customers can message directly to the sellers for enquiry and details.
Cancellation Policy
1.The order will not be cancelled after the order once placed and payment done.
Refund policy
1.Customer will be eligible for a refund if the product turns out to be damaged or incorrect.
2.Customer have to apply for refund with damage proof and opening videos of the parcel within 12 hours of order delivery.
3.After the refund is initiated customer will have to wait for at least 7 working days for the refund.
4.All rights regarding refund will be reserved with us.
5.All transactions will be done via bank account transfer.
